Delivery

We currently deliver in the UK only, however we intend to expand in Europe and worldwide in the near future. 

Our shipping within the UK will take 3-5 working days by our courier service from when we receive the order. 

If your purchases are returned back to us, we have the right to charge the postage cost to redeliver your order.

Damages and Issues

When you receive your order from Rubybela Design we suggest you inspect your purchase upon reception. Please contact us immediately via email info@rubybeladesign.com if there are any issues regarding your order. 

Returns & Exchange

Our products at Rubybela Design have been handled with care and we understand some items may need to be returned or exchanged.

Please notify us as soon as possible via email info@rubybeladesign.com

Returned items are to be sent in their original packaging and unused, within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are required to pay for return postage and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back. Therefore, please retain your proof of postage.
