All rights, including copyright are owned by RUBYBELA DESIGN. Any use of this website or its contents, photography, logo’s, text and data for copying or storing is prohibited without our permission. You cannot modify, distribute or report anything on this website for any purpose. Any unauthorised use of RUBYBELA DESIGN material may infringe copyright laws, trade mark laws and the laws of privacy and publicity which are protected by UK and international law. 

ACCURACY OF CONTENT 

We take great care in the preparation of the content published on our website, to ensure all details of our products, descriptions, prices and images are correct before publishing. We advise you to read the product pages before ordering.  

PRICES & STOCK AVAILABILITY 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, however in the unlikely event a product is purchased but is out of stock or no longer available, we will email you to give you the option to either cancel the order or wait until the product is back in stock. In addition, prices, availability of product/s and postage can change without prior notice. 

ORDERING 

When you place an order on our website you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. In order to process your purchase, you will need to provide us with your email address. We will then notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details.    

PAYMENT TERMS

We take full payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. 

ORDER CANCELATION 

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any given time or to cancel an order. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email and refund you if payment was made. Please allow 5-7 days for a refund to reach your account after receiving a confirmation email from us. 

However, should you wish to cancel your order please notify us immediately by email. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure on our Delivery and Returns Policy page. 

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you for example using the goods prior to cancellation.  

DELIVERY 

Once your order has been processed the goods are couriered to the address you have specified for delivery in your order. Please make sure the delivery address is accurate, as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. 

If your purchases are returned back to us, we have the right to charge the postage cost to redeliver your order. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Policy page for more information. 

We will aim to deliver your items by the time frame quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. However, in any event we will aim to deliver your goods within 28 days from the day after we receive your order. In addition, if your order is delayed beyond this time, we will give you an option to either mutually accept an alternative date or offer you a full refund.
